To make one thing clear, once and for all: I don't dance. i have deep sympathy for the humble workers who may lose their jobs. I know what the last crisis in Europe cost us. Almost a whole generation of young people in southern europe has slipped into unemployment because of the financial crisis. With no chance of work. We all pay for the greed of the managers, for the risks they took, because they knew governments would need to rescue them. We have to pay for the Bad Bank of the Deutsche Bank until 2028! And i don't forget the arrogance of the managers whose banks had to be rescued. Above all Josef Ackermann and the Deutsche Bank. And that's why I'm posting these pictures here. And because i'm sick and tired of being constantly lied to about the true extent of the crisis we are likely to face. If you work there and are worried about your job, i understand you and you have all my sympathy. If not and you just feel provoked by the picture, then ask yourself why. Ich glaube es wurde über Vorschläge aus Punkt 11 unter
Man hat aus den nummerierten amendments nach Buchstaben sortierte Compromises gemacht. Damit kann man anhand der vorhandenen Unterlagen nicht sagen, was genau abgestimmt wurde. Ich rechne aber nicht mit einem Wunder.
Kommt glaube ich auf das Wording im Antrag an. Wenn beantragt wurde, dass mandatory buy ins gestrichen werden und das angenommen wurde, dann sind FTDs der neue Standard.
Genau! Wir müssen auf das offizielle Dokument warten. Liegt im Moment beim Schreibdienst.
Änderung beschlossen bedeutet dass der entscheidende Paragraf gestrichen wird? Obwohl es 12.000 Unterschriften gab? Sehr enttäuschend.

What is this all about?
Next Wednesday the EU committee for economic and monetary affairs will vote about amendments of CSDR 909/2014. CSDR Article 7 regulates settlement failures by mandatory buy-ins. The most important measure against failure to deliver. So I started a petition in August, it has been accepted in December and reached more than 12.450 signs until now. Petition is open for everyone regardless where you live! So if you want the brokers to deliver the shares you bought from them, you need mandatory buy-ins. Above is an urgent letter to the chair of the committee. I ask her to take CSDR off the agenda next week. I want the committee to discuss the concerns of 12.450 petition supporters publicly before voting.
Thanks bro, I need to say, at first, when I was writing the message, at some time, I was thinking if send it or not, after all, I'm a shy guy, but took courage and send it😁. After all, what can happen? At the worst, they discard the email, if lucky enought, the email will be readed an do nothing (after all, they are politics, and you know how they do), but at the best, the email would be read and some action can be taken by the representative.
