Hi, found this interesting article about a lawsuit on Vivid and CM-Equity regarding the termination of Vivid and CM-Equity partnership in april/may 2023 and the forced liquidation of the fractinal shares which is still ongoing.
Hi. Ich finde es erstaunlich und schätze es sehr, mit welchem Eifer ihr (noch immer) hinter der CME her seid. Du und Tjoma werdet den Laden noch zu Fall bringen. Ich bin auch davon überzeugt, dass dieser Laden nur eine Fassade ist, aber für mich ist das zu komplex geworden. Zu dieser Veröffentlichung der Anwälte: wollen wir mal hoffen, dass die CME genug Cash hat, um auch alles wieder zurück kaufen zu können. Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn die Insolvenz anmelden.

Why GME?
This filing/post shows that naked shorts also exist in other stocks, as this is proof that there are more shares than issued within the Cede supply. It's an important information for every GME shareholder, and proof of ongoing f*ery within wallstreet.
Kurz den IOS AppStore geprüft: die binance App Scheit es nur auf English zu geben. Auch finde ich auf die Schnelle keine Werbung in deutscher Sprache. Somit kann eigentlich davon ausgegangen werden, dass die keine Lizenz in Deutschland besitzen.
Ok, interessant. Ich denke auch, dass eine deutsche lizenz nicht zwingend erforderlich sein wird, um deutsche kunden zu haben. Bei Coinbase zB kann ich die Sprache zumindest ebenfalls auf deutsch einstellen und euros auf das Coinbase konto überweisen. Einzahlungskonto wird in estland geführt. Geschäftsanschrift ist irland.
Coinbase hat allerdings eine BaFin Lizenz über die Coinbase Germany GmbH seit dem 28.06.2021 für den Eigenhandel und Kryptoverwahrgeschäft.
Habe auch mal die Bafin Lizenzen für Kriptoe angeschaut, sind nicht so viele:
CM-Equity AG ist als Haftungsdach mehr als suspekt im Rahen der FTX Geschichte. Das Statement, dass die Zusammenarbeit mit FTX eingestellt wurde, bezieht sich auch nur auch die FTX Trading GmbH. Weitere Geschäftsbeziehungen mit FTX bestehen weiterhin über Lode GmbH und laufende Verträge mit der FTX Trading Ltd. (Antigua).
