There are a few possible 'outcomes'.

Electrons act differently because they are being measured, not because they are being consciously observed. If you introduce another measuring instrument, it affects the results. The act of trying to measure them in different ways causes them to behave like waves or like particles.
But isn't measurement a concept that is the creation of the conscious mind, with math just being representing value in quantity? If conscious life didn't exist, thus neither would the act of measuring nor even the concept of possible particles existing.
It is more compelling and funky to believe that we can affect electrons with our consciousness. If conscious life didn't exist, the universe would still be there. But your point is philosophical, and I was talking about the double-slit experiment though I didn't mention it in my first comment. Yeah you have kind of confirmed what I already thought; whereas a local spirit is created BY your conscious mind intentionally, a non-local spirit is projected into your conscious mind by a river or a creepy doll or an old antique etc, so you are interacting with your minds interpretation of what that object or place looks like if its personified.
If you want to understand it through the lens I think you’re trying to, it would be spirits in the collective unconscious, interacted with or created by our conscious.
