  1. I just now figured out “she don’t like money?” was because she said she was into baroque (broke) art :)

  2. Or because art majors aren’t exactly renowned for massive earnings potential.

  3. I haven’t seen this mentioned yet, it one of the many uses are as bulbs for Christmas lights. See the Elf Club House, Holiday Train, etc.

  4. The only way that a ship of this size makes sense is if it’s meant to serve as a small mobile starbase. Massive storage capacity for material goods, room for a small fleet of the size of runabouts or larger, facilities to repair, refuel and retrofit other starships, capacity to serve as a major communications relay.

  5. Easy decision, definitely buy if you can verify it’s otherwise complete. The minifigs aren’t anything special.

  6. People who are saying that the TV us too high are wrong. The TV is at a perfectly acceptable height here.

  7. I adore Aubrey Plaza but the episode was underwhelming in every way. Not terrible, it just totally unremarkable. They even managed to make bringing back two iconic sitcom characters (not to mention a weekend update host) totally forgettable.

  8. Not sure why you’re being downvoted. The VIP reward system is dumb, you should be able to add more than one reward item per order. And the system should combine orders to the same address. You’re not wrong at all here in thinking this is bad packaging.

  9. I made this. You can buy a poster of it on Etsy if you’re interested.

  11. That’s half the name of the license. What’s a dungeon without a dragon?

  12. Was this all done with the parts from the set, or were other parts needed? Thx!

  13. A bunch of other parts were needed.

  14. I’m sorry you don’t like her. I think she’s great though. She and Bowen are going to be the anchors of this cast for the next few years.

  15. Is the red house a kinda sorta color swap of the gingerbread house??

  16. Yeah, basically. There’s a bit more to it than that, but it’s the same basic design at heart.

  17. Thanks! It turned out even better than I hoped.

  18. Very nice. I like the added flexibility of the expanded footprint. The hogsmeade set also compliments this surprisingly well.

  19. The answer here is to watch more westerns. Virtually every scene and setting in RDR2 has an analogue in some western film. The game benefits from going beyond the standard tropes.

  20. Cool to see new LotR sets, but I’m entirely uninterested in these.

  21. Too close to Vancouver. Still looks dope.

  22. Well, if I had to guess, I'd say it's probably #15 in a limited batch of art prints that were available at Brickworld in 2007, signed by the artist Greg Hyland

  23. There’s one word for your type: Hero.

  24. This is the best looking Hulkbuster set to date. Shame the recent massive set doesn’t look this good.

  25. I did find some elements of this build challenging but I was able to get through it. The toughest parts were the bow and stern of the boat and getting those sections to connect correctly. From where you’ve stopped, it looks like you might be having similar issues.

  26. Great setup, but that couch is ridiculously large for that space.

  27. I thought this version was great live and I’m excited that we have an official release for it now. A really well done reimagining of the original.

  28. Sorry to hear the rug is going. It looks great in these photos with that furniture but I’ll take your word that it looks terrible in person.
