1. Future first timer here. Just been reading the wiki, doing my research. Currently just under 15% working towards 10 before I start. Gonna do the beginner bulk just like the wiki says, just the test. Super excited. Anything you guys wish your knew before your first cycle.

  3. Can someone explain knee sleeves to me… I see tons of guys using them and was just really curious about their purpose/benefits. I’m not squatting 800 pounds like big Ron, was curious if they had any application for guys not pushing huge weight.

  4. If you ruin a uniform, just swap it out and pack that one in your ruck… they won’t be checking for rips and tears, just simply that you packed the required number of uniforms.
