Ok, explain to me what exactly is the difference between a stock split and stock split in the form of a dividend? And explain to me if I won’t get a split as I describe it (e.g in the case of 7:1 ratio, 100 shares becomes 700 but the price at the time of the split will be divided by 7), then what will I get?
Ok. Pay attention! A stock dividend means dividend which is paid in the form of additional shares whereas stock split is a division of issued shares in the ratio as decided by Company.

Individual buy orders went for over $500, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that’s what the market price was.
But that's not how split ratio's work. It'd be off the current price which at $90 knocks it down to $12.
I'm not saying the price would become $69. I'm just saying that the new "all time high" would be $69 (until we inevitably break back above it, or unless we go back above $483 before the split is enacted).
