I don’t think you have to full story of what’s going on…maybe he’s going for treatment or is excused for what he’s doing… doesn’t have to disclose his medical 🏥 information to you or store…
They just login to Kronos one day out of the week and enter in all the time that wasn't logged. Ive watched it happen. I think it has been flagged and they backed off a bit with the excessive OT after our CM spoke with them about it. Now it's not excessive OT but still fake time stamps. I've spoken with them about it on 3 separate occasions and nothing has really changed.

Here is the thing.. even if the manager is not working weekends he’s answering the phone from reps, stores and customers… sure it doesn’t sound like a lot but it’s annoying and it can ruin your weekend. So no weekends for managers is absolutely fine.
