Great question! So there is a database that logs what the decline reason is. I know a guy who's workstream it was to use those "too far" reasons to determine the algorithm for radius of delivery. Those decline reasons go a lot further than you would think.
I believe the only reason why dashers decline orders is because the pay isn’t worth the trip. Any other reasons are just BS
