Because it's art it's a medium that can be handled but not mastered that's why ai would just be another artist
Scale for time. A safe prediction would be 70-90% (probably higher) digital artist professions will be eliminated within 30 years. Other art professions beyond digital will be effected as well 3D printing and image manipulation is already being developed for vector point modeling. One man paired with this "medium" will be able to do the job of hundreds if not thousands of artists. Humans will always enjoy the 'tradition arts' so there will always be some interest. IMO.

We have the same opinion for the most part, my only divergence is i believe we hit another 'technological revolution' within those 30 years on many fronts that change the landscape in every arena. A large leap forward on the scale of the invention of the computer or vastly more game changing.
