Fireforge men-at-arms/On foot crusaders, space marine backpacks and attachable iconography, and one of them has Mp40 magazine pouches from Warlord Games, probably the Blitzkrieg Germans or Grenadiers kit. I believe that pair of arms on the melta gunner is from the late war German reinforcements kit, the original plastic german kit by Warlord, and it looks like he has some equipment attached to his back belt area, likely from the same source (looks like it's from the Blitz kit perhaps?).
