I started reloading recently using CFE Pistol. Had extra soot when the charge was on the low side and when the bullet was seated a bit too deep. Other than that it's been clean. Agree with others that it looks like there's unburned powder. 5 grains with what grain bullet and seating depth? What's the length of the barrel anyways?
I agree there are other groups, and one man whom has now stepped down should not affect our decisions. It looks like the DemocRATS are succeeding with taking down the NRA with comments like these. Don’t worry our other groups will be next when they are done with the NRA.

Timing is off. Happens to me when shell plate is too loose or too tight after moving the plate manually. Problem starts up after too short a stroke when just trying to cycle a case thru without actually doing anything and then having to manually index too many times
