"Although the State argues that appellant's history of misconduct satisfied the public health, safety, and welfare disqualifier, that disqualifier applies to the issuance of HPPs and FPICs, rather than the right to possess firearms at home. Torres, 222 N.J. 104, 121 (2015) ("[T]he exemption [in N.J.S.A. 2C:39-6(e)] applies to possessing weapons inside one's dwelling or place of business"); State v. Petties, 139 N.J. 310, 315 (1995) ("One may possess an unlicensed handgun at home."); State v. Put simply, defendant is not prohibited by N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5 from possessing and carrying a firearm within his residence, and perhaps on adjacent land he owns or possesses, without a HPP, FPIC, or carry permit. So as of right now the only mags that work properly are the steel duramags a whole lot of info on how to get this platform to cycle reliably and without issue over at
I've got to say at the beginning I thought the last attorney for the ffls with screwing up. But then during her rebuttal she did very well. Tied it all together nicely.Allowed the defense attorneys appear to be misleading to the judge.
That and there was another one up earlier yesterday that people just tore apart so ridiculously. You know how comments are just this is terrible etc etc garbage blah blah blah and nobody actually makes useful comments so the person ends up taking it down. I put them up there knowing there were not top of the line optics and whatnot and apparently that managed to generate tons of roastage.
You do realize they are not reporting traffic or money laundering? What they report are transactions that they think are suspicious. Suspicious can be anything. Suspicious can be you into a gun store two times in the same week. Suspicious can be you spent $400 at a gun store and then received a check for $600 two weeks later.
I do have to say my favorite one of the patriot act as if you take out $10,000 or more in aggregate in a single day from a bank they are required to file a suspicious activity report. God forbid you should pay for a car with cash, buy a boat, pay contractors with cash, or simply want to store your own money in a lockbox so that when the bank runs happen like we've seen you'll actually get your money.
Yeah, I had to ask him a question since "failing to apply it is an invitation to criminals to purchase firearm products with impunity and commit violent acts in our communities."
The judge should be fired and the state should pony up the money ASAP. The crazy bullshit this state pulls. Should sue the officers and police department as well.
My wife got this in the package deal with the Wrangler for 400 bucks around in November. The stock looks much better in person than it does in the pictures. Make sure you use a proper size screwdriver if you want to mount the rail on it because the paint they use in the quality of screws, which are flathead set screws, lead one to be stripped. Got it out with a broken screw remover but it was very annoying. Her shoots a little bit to the left with the irons so I slapped a scope on it. Other than that it's been perfectly fine.
Good news for the question as to the laws regarding voluntary commitments to hospitals, psychiatric facilities, outpatient care....

People who wash their hands.
Kidding aside, I work with some legit wealthy people. I’m not in that class by any means. Learned long ago there’s always someone with more than you.

Always like some Mark Smith interpretations.

That's what she said.
These assholes only try to do good 2A legislation when they know it won't pass. Long live the uniparty!
I see you don't have any Bushnell optics. I apparently live in the past where Bushnell was decent. Thumbs up from me. 👍
Bunch of things wrong with this article and reaction.
Yes. Reviews are good for that type. They're not hollow point so it's fine to carry.
I'm confused, why is reporting trafficking/money laundering/criminal activity bad?

Sweet buy.
The article never addressed if security at the school is lax or not. If an 8th grade kid thinks its lax it probably is.
my brother in christ please shoot your gun before thinking about ccw
Hit the nail on the head here
I would suggest selling it for dirt cheap to one of the esteemed members of our community...

Good. Still, fuck'em.
Well fuck me. I guess I'm having crow for dinner.
Things are swinging the 2A way. The time for optimism is now.
No they won't.

Which scope did you put in it. I am thinking of getting one for the kiddos to use.
I put a Bushnell Engage 3-9x40 which is probably overkill but I got it for $70 so it is what it is.
take the brace off?
