As a very rare gym goer this is what terrifies me about the gym. I’m 330lbs and very out of place when I go. I honestly don’t mind if you stare I couldn’t care less, but it’s the judgmental feeling I get when someone notices me. I’m petrified to be some fat gym meme joke. I absolutely love working out at the gym but it terrifies me to no end. That’s why I’ve been paying for a membership since March 2022 and have been less than 10 times but canceling costs too much at once but I keep going back to try and push thru it. Also I was out of gym for 4 months due to cracked ribs and then double wrist tendonitis. I’m finally able to go back and I’m still just scared to death.
