  13. It’s not a particularly difficult to achieve physique and this picture is perfect lighting for it. I’d say a year to two years to achieve depending on a variety of factors.

  14. My TDEE is 2300. Honestly nervous to eat more because I don’t want to gain weight say if I started eating 2300-2400 calories. But if my workouts are basically useless and no gains are being made due to not eating enough then I’ll give it a shot. Unless I’m fine at 1800cals.

  15. You’ll put on some muscle if you’re new to the gym even in a calorie deficit and this will be most likely shown if your getting stronger. If you’re gonna cut or bulk ensure you do it for at least a few months because switching between bulking and cutting is just unnecessary and a long term hindrance.

  16. Much likely higher than 12%. Being at that percentage would be extremely damaging to your health

  17. How much cardio? I’ve been lifting alot last few months. I think I have really stubborn lower body fat so not sure if I need to shift away from weights.

  18. You don’t need to shift away from weights. If your weight isn’t dropping then you’re still eating too much. Track your calories and eat in a deficit of between 500-1000 calories is my advise. At that rate you’ll lose between 0.5-1kg weekly and with some quality weight training you should even have a little bit more muscle once you’re at your ideal body weight.

  19. I mean you’re already leaner than most people. If you wanna be super lean like stage lean then that’ll take 16-20 weeks and you’ll probs be around 64kg give or take a few kg. If we’re talking just a few more areas of definition then possibly just 5kg fat off and you’ll be sorted.
