What about with mods

After communing aka buying dragon spells your eyes get like that.

Might be a draconic skill from the dragon that uses that red lightning. I encountered it once but it teleported away mid-fight and haven't been able to find it yet, unlike the Glintstone dragon.

Did you end up finding where he went? Looking for him myself, havent found him yet, or anything by the name Goldmask :(

Nothing yet. I know he tells you where to find him but I wasn’t paying attention.
