1. Many different avenues to generate leads! I’m cold calling as well in the NYC area! I would consider them warm leads as they are expired listings! You can piggy back off of a co workers listing and farm that area! Call property owners and investors in the area of the listing to showcase his property as well as get your name out their among potential prospects! There’s also direct mailing, & social media (ehh)! John Highman on YouTube is great for CRE, so is Commercial Real Estate Academy - Straight Talk.

  2. I’m in Long Island specifically. Fairly new to commercial so still learning what’s the best avenues for lead gen. I don’t even know where to find exp commercial listings
