Any idea about good star-gazing spots arnd UCLA?

  1. my homies and I went to the Mojave national preserve last weekend, it's about a 4hr drive and you can see the milky way.

  2. Hi don’t listen to people saying you won’t be able to see anything from ucla. All of those planets are very easily visible from campus if it isn’t too cloudy/smoggy. You should be able to see this occultation (?) from pretty much anywhere.

  3. Maybe just maybe if you really want a good view, drive like 100 miles away 😂 you know you really can’t see stars in LA or even in most of the cities in SOCAL from light pollution at night and smog.
