Have you been keeping track of your progress? Sometimes I feel like I’m getting nowhere when Im learning things, but then I'll look back at where I started and see how far Ive come. It also helps to imagine what you could be/do if you keep making progress.
Alr I’m going through this too rn. What I like to do when I’m just scrolling TikTok or Reddit for hours on end and a little part of me is like “Hey you should workout” then I use that tiny bit of motivation to turn off my phone and just stare at the blank screen for a few seconds. In that moment I have a realization that I can’t really describe but it gets me to get up and do what I want to do
Right now you are experiencing the hardest part of working out, getting into it. You might of had a routine before, but now due to your break, you've lost it. You need to find a way to get back into it. A way that I've seen work firsthand is to go wherever it may be you exercise and think "I will do five minutes then reassess whether or not I want to keep going." Most times, at least for me, you keep going. If this doesn't work, then maybe find a form of working out you enjoy more, there is no point in doing something you hate when there is a better alternative out there.
Keep going and you might look like me bud
Dm me
