OMAD schedule for an evening workout?

  1. I have basically the same schedule as you. I hit the gym either before or after work and have my OMAD when I'm home late evening / night. Usually between 9-10pm. Working out in a fasted state is absolutely alright. I haven't experienced any downsides.

  2. Fruit would break your fast. As far as eating schedule goes, I would experiment to see what makes you feel the best. I typically eat around 2-3 pm, but have done multiple routines in the past due to schedule changes.
