Chicken and rice

  1. Chicken and rice isn't even a good bulking food, replace with beef. Way tastier if you cook chilli, way better macros and you can eat more of it.

  2. Use spices/seasonings on the chicken/turkey. Experiment and find ones that you like and have enough for rotation so you don’t get sick of the same style. I cook Cajun chicken, teriyaki chicken, green chile chicken, all sorts man, just wander down the spice aisle and look at simple recipes online.
