No access to the gym for a whole week; What should my calories be? Should I still be eating at a surplus?

  1. it's only a week, do anything you want. enjoy your vacation. consider a vacation from counting calories. eat anything you want to and do anything that sounds like fun to stay active. then go back to whatever you were doing before once you are at home.

  2. just eat maintenance and plus how you gonna track your cals anyway? while on vacation unless your bringing a scale and cooking. most people eat out on vacation so your tracking is gonna be pretty off anyway. so I would try to estimate maintenance cals. so your not on a super high surplus more then you want, if you were to miscalculate and also they don’t have a hotel gym or something?
