If I am Sleep deprived then what will happen with those surplus calories that I am eating?

  1. I haven't had more than five hours sleep a night since The Beatles broke up, and I've achieved my best gains during this time.

  2. Sleeping less usually decreases your training performace and energy levels. Leading to overall less volume and intensity and thus less hypertrophy.
