Most calorically dense foods/snacks? How can I increase my appetite especially during breakfast time?

  2. Nothing wrong with having small breakfasts I think, as long as you still meet your calorie and protein goals every day and have a high-protein food (preferably either eggs, dairy, whey protein, and/or meat) after workouts.

  3. For the last bit: by practicing it relentlessly for many years. I have never experienced any quick fix despite how much people want one haha
