I have a question regarding whether or not this situation would be seen as collusion. This situation hasn't happened, but I've been going through the playoff scenarios and it's possible. Our league starts playoffs in Week 14 so playoff seeds are almost set.
It's worth mentioning that Team B is already going to lose his matchup this week regardless of how many points his defense could realistically score. So this move wouldn't be him intentionally losing as much as it'd be intentionally lowering his yearly point total

It's not collusion as you've described it. A team is acting on their own (collusion is between multiple teams).
