I want to create a huge insurance brokerage and I’m strating with two friends and three P&C accounts that own 100’s of real estate properties across the country and over 200 nursing homes ! Anyone have any ideas how we would take that to the next level

It might be a big help to everyone if you start by stating in which country you are. Broker legal frameworks are different in each jurisdiction.

At minimum, you’ll need someone on your team who can answer that. Insurance is heavily regulated and there are many gotchas - I don’t know many investors who are willing to pay for someone’s education in a highly regulated industry!
