how to concentrate at work while doing OMAD. I will be eating at night after working out after my shift ends (shift ends around 530 pm)?

  1. In the beginning when I noticed my blood sugar was low and I felt like crap, I'd drink a small glass of juice. I guess that kinda defeats the purpose but it helped a lot. Now I'm more used to it and do that very rarely.

  2. I find my concentration and energy levels are a lot better when I’m fasting, so I like working all day then having my meal at night. Also staying busy (I’m not sure what your job is but) makes it a lot easier to not think about eating. If you find you function better after eating, maybe time your meal for in the morning?
