Weird grinding noise when moving at slow speeds in the right rear wheel

Check the heat shield. They're not very thick so they can get bent pretty easily, especially during brake jobs. Had it happen to me before.

Have your wheel bearings checked, that would be my first guess

Check for something like a brake shield that's touching, and check wheel for play from a bad wheel bearing.
