How to deal with the self hatred?

  1. Self loathing is one of the ways we aren't coping with life well. Our ego is either inflated or deflated. When working the 12 step program it's been a huge life saver for me and has helped me balance my ego and focus on others in a way god would have me help them instead of helping to feel good about myself. I'm a sponsor would you like to talk more?

  2. Hi, not OP just had a question about the 12 step programme, as I’m thinking about starting it. Are you religious, if not then how did you cope with the religious side of things?

  3. Hmm. You may do well to look into the following and discuss them with your therapist. I'm pretty sure they will open some major doors for you.
