FACTS

  1. So assuming Dragonfly spins baby and kroger grabs BBBY....what happens to our shares? They just remain but may be effected by baby funds clearing the existing debt?

  2. If bbby got a loan, I think that cancels out the possibility of a Kroger or private buy out. Otherwise the liabilities would just transfer to the new owner. If Kroger grabbed bbby shares would go to cash offer or Kroger shares

  3. Nor did Bed Bath release shares to pay off debt, and they would have almost doubled their investment in buy backs, had they done so... because their average buy price for $1 Billion in Buy Backs is at an average share price of ~$17/share.
