I bought this car a few years back and the scoop does not have a grille in it, what would be the proper way to go about attaching one without using rivets and similar methods. It is a fiberglass hood. Any good videos or resources you can recommend?
That’s pretty close actually. You can use chicken wire or universal bumper grille products you can get at auto zone. Then a panel bond, super glue, fiberglass, or strong thick adhesive that will stick to fiberglass.
Good looking car
Haha thanks bud
Chicken net and crazy glue.

3M makes glue that will bond to fiberglass
Id say epoxy. Tape the grill where and how you want it, then epoxy the edge to hold it in place.
Metal mesh and double sided tape for a non permanent solution or some sort of adhesive for more permanent solution
Superglue is far too thin and fragile to hold up over time and constant heat/cool cycles.
I’d try 3m adhesive/ tape. All the new badges on my car are just held in by 3m but it’s super strong
That universal bumper mesh stuff and a glue that will adhere to fiberglass or fiberglass resin.
I’d love to have that car rn
