Not to be “that guy” but I’ve lived in Alberta all my life and I really don’t think it’s that bad. Like I’m not the goober out there in shorts yelling at people who say it’s cold but unless you do something that involves standing outside for long periods of time it’s completely survivable. Some mitts and a hat, maybe a scarf or neck tube and you’re good to go. The buildings around campus block a lot of the wind and you can use pedways and stuff to get around. Yeah it’s a little slippery and yeah going outside isn’t fun but cancelling class? Bit extreme.
