  1. I was a pilot store for them. It's mineral spirits and as long as you keep it full it works well. Sunday maintenance things make sure it's topped off every Sunday and scrape out once a month and you should be Good .

  2. Really depends what kind you get, Medtronic/tandem/omnipod

  3. Are they removable for showers/baths? I have a freestyle libre 3 in my arm that's supposed to just stay in for 15 days straight

  4. Yes cgms are fully water resistant, and the only one that isn't removable is the Omnipod, they stick on and stay on like cgms but are good to leave on in the shower, tandem/Medtronic are removable as they use tubing connected to an infusion site that can easily be taken in and off from the site leaving just the infusion site left on the body, and that's okay to shower/swim/bathe with

  5. Forgot about exercise, you should leave it on for that as well and most systems have an exercise mode that will raise your target bg to help combat lows

  6. Encoloropedia and easy RGB are your friends here, they have pantone colors and will give you ours or a competitors closest colors with a delta reading, use them all the time for stuff like this

  7. It was only a certain series of batch dates, my store didn't have any but of the bad ones. I have emerald tu diehards and they are loving it so far.

  8. Emerald is probably better for a lot of painters just because of base price per gallon and ability to be brushed / rolled.

  9. Agreed, but on full repaints or with brand new cabinets it's working well, hand rails are popular too

  10. A91w450 is HRW in color to gos usually can be done with that

  11. TD1 here. Standard plan for sure. It's more expensive on the premium side (monthly cost) but saves money when it comes to supplies and Dr.s appointments and if you ever have an incident (hospitalizations) you'll be really glad you have it. It's really not that much more for a single person, maybe 1 big night out a month, but if you can Budget that then do it. It is little more than the others if you have a family but still worth it.

  12. All water is sourced from Flint Michigan.

  13. I did this and got an additional 1.2% on top of merit

  14. That's a shame, fixed asset report says those are like 250 dollars each

  15. Yes it said it will be rolled out to other divisions in the future but for right now it's only the Midwest

  16. Dry off, spray with a touch of cooking spray to help seasoning stick, coat in kinders prime rib rub, on the smoker 225 till it hits 115 for rare, 120 for med rare, let rest for 20 min, cook time should take 1 to 1.5 hrs. Best way I found in my opinion, alternatively you can do a compote butter cap on top, with butter, onion powder, minced garlic and Italian seasoning top with a little salt and pepper, follow the same cooking instructions

  17. Optional, when I do this it kind of turns out almost as if I get a mini prime rib, I usually slice and serve with horseradish as well

  18. If they're using gas or propane powered heaters those typically let off moisture as a byproduct and that could have condensated on the walls

  19. I'm a type 1 diabetic and I use the company's standard plan, cost for everything relatively cheap, especially when using caremark 90-day prescriptions 90-day prescription for 10 vials of insulin for me is 240 My test strips for a 90 day is like 40. And then I'm on a Medtronic 770G so those classify as durable medical equipment for sensors infusion sites, and reservoirs And those are covered at 80/20 after meeting your deductible. Meaning you only pay 20% of the cost. Before I got married I wanted to say it was around 75 a paycheck but the deductible is much lower than the other plans so it ends up being cheaper in the long run versus paying more for prescriptions and less for premium.

  20. Woulda just took 5% of the UD formula into an extra white.

  21. 1.0-1.5 mill store, should be about 8k before the government intervenes. 150k over budget for 3rd qtr.

  22. Holy shit, my store is the same size did 50k over budget. And that’s was fucking rough. Can’t imagine doing 125k over budget

  23. Mostly with 3 people too, had a brand new part timer for the last 3 weeks

  24. You can still long in from source to stuff you just can't be logged into the store email on the same browser. It's extremely counterintuitive, there was nothing wrong with Thunderbird. Bring it back.

  25. Our truck driver bought a roll of duct tape. That was the only transaction

  26. Southwest builders, hi holdout primer, contractors 152 and 162 primer, those are the big 4 that hit me in my area.

  27. Source>store maintenance>maintenance and repair> open a work order. Get it fixed.

  28. Clean it up, throw some trex tape over it and send it.

  29. I had tremendous problems like this with the Mio infusion sites. Changed to the new Mio advanced sites and I don't know if the insertion device is better because that seems to be the only real difference between the 2, but I've had far less problems since the switch

  30. Thats really interesting, I am using the Mio at the moment, will try the new advanced ones, thank you!

  31. Also your theory on muscle pushing it out seems to hold true, as I got older and gained more weight I did need a longer canula so if your more lean keep it shorter
