Tough call. But this is what I think. Grab a half feat for charisma and say screw full plate. Pick your favorite fey touched/telekenetic/skill expert. 1 ac isn't a big deal. The versatility you can get out of those half feats is way better imo.
You should probably drop blessed fighting style. As a paladin at level 5 you have multiple attacks and when you cast a cantrip, then that's it. A single cantrip instead of multiple hits. Also you can't divine smite on them which is what paladins want to do.
Thank you for your advice and I think your right I should probably take either Defense or Dueling fighting style. As for strength being at 16 and dropping charisma to 16 it is something I have been debating about alot.
If you do decide to multiclass though. I would pump everything into charisma and dip 1 level of hexblade for charisma attacks. But I completely understand if that's not the direction you want to go. But being able to drop str down to a 13, and pumping charisma you get a much more SAD character that hits harder and more consistently and better aura.
Maybe the dragon wants something that it cannot get? Maybe there is some place in the world only a human could go. The dragon lives a loooong time. Doesn't matter how soon you get it. Just wants it and grants you power to make sure it happens.
Honestly, it's too early on the game for something really powerful, so I think something versatile might be more fitting. Might not come up all the time but ring of water walk/rope of climbing/ring of swiming/immovable rod/sovereign glue could all be non game breaking fun items.
Playing online, ygo ignis seems to always have me open increase. I once kept track for like 20 games and I opened it just over 1/3 games... a one of in 40 cards...
Best I have come up with relying on on yourself and no items at level 9 (I want this class to actually be usable and a decent build process that is played in a normal game) is 1400 ft at level 9
If I'm honest. This game just doesn't watch the greatest and doesn't have that much hype from me. I still enjoy it at like a 7 for events. Maybe an 8 for champs.

I use mage with 4/5 crypt with animate dead, I’ve got a nox staff and dual cywirs, Guthix staff eof and Zuk cape. Kills are easy and foodless and around the same 2:45-3m time.. but these are all upgrades, I started kera with much less gear in the beginning
As a law abiding citizen I should not point out that Onslaught hits multiple times and each hit has a chance to proc the instant-kill for the purpose of testing.
