  1. There’s no clear measure or mark of how much we should be completing.

  2. Really what it's saying is that under the current rights and licencing agreements for that particular programme, it won't be available to watch on iPlayer after that time. The agreement might say that it can be shown as a repeat on linear TV and then it will be available on iPlayer for another 9 months, for example. Or it might be off iPlayer until a new agreement is made that allows it to be shown again. It all depends on the rights agreements with the programme makers. The amount and availability of content on iPlayer, like everything the BBC does, is also governed by OFCOM and the BBC charter. Realistically though, iPlayer is the BBC's competitor to Netflix etc. so they will be pushing hard to make as much content available on it for as long as they can.

  3. How about we accept some fans just aren't as in to it as others, and welcome them with open arms nonetheless rather than constantly critisize them. Reading simply isn't for some people, for others they may have watched the films and WANT to read the books but may not have access to them. Other may not even be sufficiently literate to read the books!

  4. head dazzling station illegal engine friendly frame flag instinctive cats

  5. Misread this as "...cat I stole a few days ago..."

  6. Show up, don’t skip todays lecture just because you missed last weeks one. Take breaks but don’t go out drinking in the middle of the day

  7. Potentially interested. Experience designing and operating for church and large conference settings.

  8. I'm confused as to what's actually happened...

  9. Can you share a screenshot to show your template settings?

  10. Exactly, it’s no longer ‘good telly’ if it’s so transparently manufactured instead of genuine failure by the candidates.

  11. I was really hoping this series would have some originality thrown in.

  12. How are we meant to make an informed decision if we don't know the outcome of each vote?

  13. That's plugs. I wish it would at least turn plugs off as I could have my electric blanket turn off after I go to sleep.

  14. I am talking about the state pension it's invested as they have been dipping into it for years

  15. It's not invested. There is no pot to invest. It's paid for by taxation. Hence the problem with an increasing pension population and decreasing working population.

  16. I'm not surprised you haven't had any responses. The average response rate to a cold email is generally accepted to be between 1 and 5 %. I hope you're not discouraged though. Thanks for your efforts. I would be interested in this but we use ChurchSuite which has similar functionality. You could post the link in the various Facebook groups for church tech - that's probably the biggest audience around.

  17. https://obsproject.com/tools/analyzer

  18. There is no referendum required in the south. When the Six Counties vote to end UK jurisdiction that's it - over for good. Also there will be no 'paying for NI' after a UI because there will be no NI.

  19. How does the online assessment (situational judgement/personality test) factor into the selection process? Are the individual answers to the questions reviewed or just the determined top 2 strengths and biggest weakness? Is this reviewed in conjunction with the submitted application or does the online assessment alone determine who gets invited to the next stage?

  20. The assessment I've been involved with hasn't involved a personality test so I can't explain that specifically. Generally, applications can only progress from one stage to the next.

  21. You said you have been doing it since you were 7. It is obviously a bit different if you are 18, or if you are 37 and been doing it for 30 years.

  22. I would like some more context to offer guidance. How big is the team? How big is the church? What is your full-time job? Was there a recruitment process for the two jobs? Did you apply? How do the two jobs fit in the organisation structure? How old are you? How are your people skills? What are your qualifications? Do you have management experience?

  23. I’d recommend getting 5 or 6 LA SB28s on each side I don’t think 2 will be enough.

  24. Why the downvotes? Surely this is an obvious joke?

  25. Yes! I was going to post this if no one else had.

  26. No mate. I'm here to answer questions about virgin media and that not discuss my my physical job and wether I like it or not
