Yeah but is that low, moderate or high risk if you do order a CT or MRI or since you considered those, is that enough to count as a moderate/high/whatever risk?
Just spitballing here, but is the level of risk simply exactly what you say that it is (which is also strongly influenced by shared decision making)? In this example, the risk would be comparatively high because the anticipated benefit is so low.
Is it based on relative risk, like risk of harm vs benefit? Because then I agree, the benefit is low and the risk is higher, but really the risk of a CT itself isn’t high.
