The tip I give to EVERYONE: Just get one SMALL portion of something from the salad bar. I usually get either farofa or rice because I find it easier to eat it with meat. They provide a lot of options there so you can eat that and not actually the meat. Avoid carbonated drinks because it makes you feel full.
Tip: Work in a international/bilingual school if you have the certification to do so! They pay fairly well (around 8k to 20k reais a month). I spend around 5k reais a month (this includes credit card bills + car + international trips + health care in general + others) Average renting in São Paulo is around 2.5k, another tip is to look for old apartments since they are more spacious and usually cheaper than the smaller and newer ones.
How long are they booking for ? Many people have had bad experiences and some people are just new and think it’s similar to renting a long term place. If they are booking for a long period of time I would rather them see it in person so there are no gripes about it being small. Can someone at Airbnb please add the ability to put video or matterport on these listings please! We all know what we are getting with a hotel and if there is an issue with the room then we can get moved to another but every vacation rental is different! This makes it hard to book sometimes.
Honestamente, acho q sua amiga está depressiva. Não vi nada para ela cortar a amizade, mas dado que ela começou uma facu em um lugar distante, está tendo um relacionamento difícil e ainda tendo q enfrentar uma rotina de estudos, acho que isto não tem muito haver com você.
