I had this, went to a dermatologist was diagnosed with a type of eczema, dyshrodic (?), the dr gave me a cortisone creme, it helped a bit but came back, got a stronger gel creme. This is going to sound gross and probably repulsive to everyone but the one thing that helped the most was not washing my hands much. Soap and water makes it worse.
I think it is Dropbox, and they use a 90/10 approach, 90% of the time working from wherever the other 10% is mandated at work, while at work there must be social activities (not necessity work focussed).
I swear if i allowed 90% work from where ever snd mandated 10% in office social time for my team the 3 complainers would complain about being forced to to be social.

But the brand is actually giving us; fake, trying too hard to be sexy= cringe, inauthentic, unoriginal, embarrassing, cringe.
I think it’s fixable, probably would need to cut a couple inches off and just have the layers cut to blend together better.
