Gme did a share offering in june of 21 diluting by ~10% but raised 1.7 billion (iirc) in cash from doing so, they paid off all debt and used the cash to fund new fulfillment centres and invest in web 3 infrastructure. Their heavy cash spend on web 3 development seems over, and they are closing in on profitability with a 1billion of cash/marketable securities remaining. GME diluted at like 220 (before split)

What’s the update, if any, on share dilution? Is the company still diluting?
The company has approved additional dilution, the speculation being that during a cyclical price run the company would dilute and raise cash (exactly like gme). Nothing official, and dilution may not happen if another route (m/a) is taken
Think most Apes here are fairly seasoned and have been hodling both game and bath for a while. I hope we all recognize the importance of drs with both stonks. DRS both floats to end financial terrorism.

Yep fill out bmo form and upload the document to your bmo account on browser
You gotta buy thru a broker and then have them registered with computershare by calling that broker/sending a letter of direction saying youd like to register x shares with the companys transfer agent. Once those shares leave your broker they are at cs under your name but you wont have access until you get your letter with account details (you can call and pay to expedite the letter for 45usd). Once you get the first of two letters you can trade by calling with the account details, once you get the second you have full online access but you need a usd bank acc to directly purchase from cs
For ws to bmo transfer you need to fill out a securities transfer form, if you cant find it online call bmo support and ask.

I had a similar experience a couple of months ago, only took about 5 business days too. That was the second time I DRS’d so maybe it’s faster because you are already set up at Computershare? That’s what I assumed.
Nfa any money removed from a tfsa is returned to your contribution room the following year. Eg you put in 10k and it is now worth 8k, you drs, next year you will receive 8k contribution room; or you put in 10k now its worth 12, you drs, next year you get 12k contribution room.

Np, ya you got it; considering Apes are gonna have moass money the meager contribution we have now will be nothing compared to the capital we have later, so im acc waiting for during moass to register the remaining less than 2% shares i havent drsd so i have moass-esque contribution room and can then pursue tax free gains.
