  14. If you REALLY want to beat amulet just have [[Tunnel Ignus]] in the board. Personally I think the match-up isn't that winnable so I wouldn't bother but if your local meta has a lot then bring it.

  15. Yeah, I do. Two of the better players play it and last Store Championship my only 2 losses were Amulet. What would I side out for the playset? Or Would I just straight up replace Swiftspear with that?

  17. It’s simple math, odds work to about 1 per case. You can get 0 and yeah there will be the odd case of 2 to 3. But Over the long pulls if you’re breaking a lot of cases and selling a ton of boxes off, cracking to a chase and selling off the rest so you max spread what you plan to open is going to boost your gains and overall sell through. WotC already does a lot of collation of packs in boxes and is pretty evident when you open lots of boxes and see the same patterns in boxes and cases.

  18. That's not how statistics and probability works. Once you find 1 chase card its now a conditional probability that the other(s) contain a chase card. Also I imagine wizards makes their boxes somewhat independent of eachother collation wise so this doesn't happen.

  23. Lavamancer isn't guaranteed damage. Swiftspear is at worst a 1 mana 1 damage that will eat a removal spell. And it's usually better than that because it adds 1 damage to every bolt you cast with its prowess. Lavamancer isn't bad it's just slow and dies to all of the same removal. So there is a chance you cast Lavamancer and it never gets to deal damage, which for burn is bad because you want all of your cards to deal damage immediately. Also what is lavamancers upside? Because it's most valuable ability over swiftspear would be to kill creatures it gets Ragavan and maybe Dark Conifidant, but can't kill Darcy, Murktide, Rhinos, Kavu, Trons Creatures, and Goyf.

  28. Looking to start afking NMZ. The video I watched suggested I should do normal rumble rather than hard, is this right? Primarily doing it for xp rather than points, so looking for whichever method will get me most xp/h.

  29. There are methods with normal rumble (using super combats not overloads) that let you afk for 15 minutes at a time, but at reduced xp/hr. The optimal xp rates come from doing hard rumble (enemies have more hit points which increases xp). You should use full obsidian (with the obby sword and berserker necklace) until like 93 hp then full dharok's is the best xp. However if you are doing the optimal method you need to make sure to reoverload every 5 minutes and keep your hp near 1 using rock cakes or locator orbs.

  31. I have 99 range, use BP with dragon darts, potted, rigour and anguish and still sometimes have trouble out dpsing all 4 healers. Its rng dependant, but worst case I only ever need to tag 1 or 2 healers. I havnt tried it but I think twisted bow is the only weapon that can safely out dps healers.

  32. Ah ok, makes sense, I thought it was a little eaiser than that, figured with 99 and ddarts it was doable, but I didn't think I could do it anyway.

  33. I can do it about half the time without tagging healers. Its much easier regardless and the fight is super short as well with high dps.
