  1. Rocket devastators are only a threat if you let them. You just gotta take cover for a sec or two when they bend the knee. Once the volley is over you can shoot them to your hearts content.

  2. My GPU is a RTX 4070Ti super 16g, the rest of the components are in the screenshot, in Virtual desk I play without problems, I run Skyrim with full FUS and run super smooth. But in air link even the home is laggy. You know both gou, AMD integrated and RTX are working together, must I deactivate AMD? I don't know what to do....

  3. literally shittier software. just use VD it’s so much better

  4. What’s the problem with asking questions, the reason why this subreddit exists is to communicate with the community, ask questions, make funny videos or memes, or help with a problem you have. And anyways most of the time when you search up something on Google it will bring you to a reddit post about what you are looking for

  5. Motherfucker if google gives you a reddit solution then read it. People ask the same question every day instead of reading, that is the issue. Why would I want to see this same post over and over again, when I could be seeing cool clips, mods, discussions, etc?

  6. So aggressive for no reason, it’s insane “Motherfucker, if you get a solution, USE YOUR FUCKING EYES!” kinda response

  7. I apologize I teach myself everything and I don’t have a social life so I forget that not everyone can do that. It is frustrating to see people getting mad at the game or the devs for mods not working and I got mad at the first post I saw. Have a good day

  8. for me i mainly use my hands as hook points (you can grab most floors/flat surfaces), crouch, and pull yourself up and watch your feet. i usually have to pull my hands all the way under my avatar’s feet so that i stay in place

  9. If this is how Oculus architected their software to install, THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED 256GB AS THE BASELINE Q3, instead of trying to bend everyone over.

  10. Never played it, but I’ve been itching for a tactical shooter for some time now.

  11. it’s pretty fun, you play as a swat commander going on calls with a squad and slowly combing through buildings to save civilians and arrest criminals. there’s a lot of weapons, attachments, and tactical equipment to play around with, like door breaching shotguns and tube cameras that snake under doors. it is pretty difficult though maybe i’m just bad

  12. 1v1? Depends entirely on what weapons and armor they have. If they bring what they're likely to have in space habitats (flechettes, mostly), Adam wins 100%. If they bring anti-borg weapons and heavy armor, it becomes a lot closer, but I think Adam still wins. They're likely to be more skilled than Adam, but Adam has the best Arasaka can give him, and is a borged out monster. The armor alone will be tough to penetrate. I'd still give it to Adam 7/10.

  13. you can change the temperature at which CPU throttling occurs with an app called HWINFO

  14. Makes more sense, higher quality tech would be used for the ones they want to keep alive

  15. no the issue isn't the cost associated with quality. it's their belief. the sangheilli race had unlimited resources because grunt reproduced fast enough to provide unlimited slave labor, and space has unlimited resources to harvest as long as you have the labor and technology. under the covenant, they could have equipped every single sangheilli minor with councilor armor. not doing so was a cultural choice. it's not about "the ones they want to keep alive" either. even ultras didn't get the best armor and you'd think someone as high ranking as an ultra would be someone that the sangheilli would want to keep alive.

  16. forgot about the sheer size of the covenant lol. it’s a wonder they still lost to Green Man with Gun

  17. I have horrid handwriting (but I am hyperlexic) and I hate touching paper. You might want to look into dysgraphia? I have it and I struggle with holding the pencil without hand pain, I can’t space words or letters properly without purposely putting extra effort into it, and my words are hard to read and they sometimes flow together (think cursive but worse, since I just forget to lift my pencil between letters). I much prefer writing on a keyboard.

  18. Ngl captain feels so bad for single-player early but if he gets some on hit items it's insane

  19. if there are mushrooms in food, it's very hard for me to eat it. like for instance, my mom is one of those people who'll cook something (like spaghetti, which is yum) and then add mushrooms to it because they "add flavour" and "are good for you". but what she doesn't realize is that the texture is so disturbing to me that i have a visceral reaction every time i have to eat them. and yet, she does not care. they are not good.

  20. dude it’s weird how opposite we are. i love the texture of mushrooms (most people do not cook them right), i physically recoil and gag when eating noodles, and i cannot eat tomatoes due to a pact i made with my cousin in 2016

  21. I also think part of it is the mentality the game starts in: "It's just a job, 621" as we are told quite often and early on, jumping between the cooperations and RLF on a whim, it does feel that way.

  22. this is where the engine is fucking up and displaying a pixel without any data or a number, called a NaN. these will spread across to other pixels, called NaN propagation. this can be a hardware issue, a driver issue, or a game issue

  23. Yup. Similar issue with repair kits. I'd be out of ACS overload, hammering on an enemy, press the repair kit and it would do nothing.

  24. One of the first games I bought with my own money was No Man’s Sky and I’ve been almost consistently playing since it came out. I still remember my initial feelings launching the game and starting my first game. I know people were disappointed with it, but I loved it and I only love it more with all of the updates it’s been getting. I’ve missed a few newer updates because I didn’t have anything to play it on (not good enough GPU) but that 7900XT would be able to bring me back to NMS and I could play Starfield. It’d make me really happy because I have autism and am (legally) disabled, so I don’t have a way to get a job and I don’t get much money. Space is one of my personal special interests and so is computer building. I’d love to win, but good luck to everyone else!

  25. jello, pudding, certain gummies, and other gelatinous things make me gag every time i have them near my mouth

  26. Random question, I'm told I've been diagnosed for a long time, is it true it's expensive to get diagnosed?

  27. pretty sure my insurance covers it because i’m underage but i’m in the US and idk about other places

  28. i am going to rub my hands together like an evil villain >:)
