It's hard to say without knowing the specific model of your microwave, but I'm thinking that the crisp mode requires a specific "crisp dish" means that crisp mode doesn't actually use the grill at all, but rather requires that special dish to accomplish crisping.
I just scored some Felco no.10 pruning shears (for lefties like me) and the price was almost a steal (the price tag was from 20 years ago and she even offered me a discount on them :)).
Why print notes at all in 2023? Not trying to throw shade just genuinely wondering. I had a relative just a few years older than me print all of their notes for their master's degree and the amount of wasted ink, paper, and space it produced when all of it was more useful and convenient in its digital form just left me speechless.
They are simply easier to handle in paper form: on paper i can take them with me without having to carry around my bulky laptop, when i'm rehearsing stuff i can just hold them in my hands and go through them much easier than if they were on my phone, when i'm on my desk or on a blackboard doing exercises i can have them in front of me without them taking valuable real estate on my tiny laptop screen.

good thing you caught the scam! i wonder how many go unnoticed, just last week a friend of my sister got scammed out of 300EUR when looking for an apartment, she denounced to the police but they straight up told her that now that the money is abroad it's very unlikely they will be able to do anything about it
The glasses are definitely not new, as it was a wedding gift for my parents 20+ years ago. I assume they have been discontinued as I have searched them on the rosenthal site but could not find them (i somewhat tried the wayback machine but i am probably very bad at using it or there is something broken). As i said in the title i also tried reverse image search on both google and bing, and i also tried asking the new bing AI chat but it only pointed me to sites like ebay or etsy where i found no helpful results.

Idk, I guess like the terrorists and such could have combat exoskeletons to make some of them more challenging like mini-bosses but, unless DS2 goes on a very different direction than the original, I strongly feel like the idea itself of a combat exoskeleton runs against the message or ideals behind DS, it would be very much ‘out of character’
There look to be a lot of cool stuff there, of course you probably don’t need all six the pipe wrenches but if you are interested in woodworking there is some interesting stuff, and even if you aren’t there is some valuable stuff too, for example I think I recognize that stanley 78 on the right, where I live they are still worth €80+ used

Where I live you can get a used 6700xt for 300€ and considering prices seem to always be lower in US you can probably find a good used one for 300$ or less
