I think XZ natives age normally until reaching adulthood? So it's possible if we consider JY looks 25-30 ish in the HCQ artworks where YX was canonically middle- aged at around 40-65. The common depiction that JY is younger than YX came from Blade's character stories where he is described as a "young boy".
