  1. The new land cruiser isn't a good alternative to literally anything.

  2. As a 460 owner and sadly someone who loved a 99 LC. that thing looks and review wise just like an expensive FJ. And I love FJs.

  3. You’re buying a brand new, highly tested and engineered vehicle that hasn’t even gotten to the aftermarket world yet for testing with their own stuff. And want to throw on some things that will change everything. No.

  4. My dad was a lifer usps guy, he ended up at like 35 being a postmaster of our town and supported our family just by himself. He worked his ass off, I even helped out during holidays or even delivering mail on Saturdays when a carrier was sick. But he supported us through the 80s and 90s off that, and it built him up to be an amazing person.

  5. I’m rocking a lift, 33’s, tools, a 12k winch, usually a big ass pintle hitch, my cooler, Claire the Catahoula, gear and beer. Uphill almost the whole way from Rhode Island to Vermont and I get 19-(my best ever 21.2). Either that thing is sick or you got a beryllium foot bro!

  6. What the hell…. I am light footed as hell, like I have had vw diesels where I was proud to post my 50 mpg pluses on long trips.

  7. Oh I go to 9B from 10A when I go to the grocery store. It’s 13 minutes away!

  8. According to usda zones my neighbor five feet from me is supposed to have frost 15 days after me.

  9. Yall do know the hardiness zones has nothing to do with last frost date for annuals right? It’s only a measure for perennials based off average low temps in winter.

  10. It was more of a joke about how things can show on a map, but things a few feet away are totally different.

  11. You’ll be put at platinum, even if your job doesn’t assign the ihg number when booking you just have to mention it to accumulate the bonus points that come with platinum, but obviously you would be confirming every time that your number is being used.

  12. gotcha. i’m already platinum and 20 nights from diamond. so besides the automatic platinum member benefit there’s no additional points say 10x unless booked with that card? only ask because i had 2 different answers from chase when i inquired with the same question.

  13. Like someone else mentioned that with the card and using points you get the fourth night free and they can be used in a row so let’s say do 8, two of those nights are free when using the card.

  14. I had a 99 LC with a tent, fridge, drawers, load range e tires and got maybe 12. All I kept telling myself is I would rather be driving this than a civic.

  15. Check out low lox or lox-less malt. Less staling and oxidation.

  16. Re shipping - any one have an approximation of dimensions and weight? Lot of online sellers looking for 200+ for shipping a set which seems... A lot.

  17. I wouldn’t doubt it if they have to ship it on a pallet, or at least half size one.

  18. I have an 09 XI 6mt and got it for the slight rareness but also I lived in an area that got quite a bit of snow and luckily didn’t salt the roads. But with xDelete I can switch it to rwd and it really does change the dynamic of the car, really nice to be able to switch between the two and is worth the 150 dollars or so for the app.

  19. I just purchased mine a few weeks ago with 74k for 33k. It is a 2015 lx worth every penny. I found they are cheaper than the lc typically. Drives great!

  20. God damn you got a hell of a deal, I’ve been looking for a 200 with less than 120k and occasionally I see some decent 08-12s in that price range.

  21. I’m going to be in Missoula Tuesday for work, this is really tempting.

  22. The name Tran was the name on the found phone, must have been sitting beside each other.

  23. I paid 10k for a 99 (did have rear locker) with 250k and I got it like July 2022. That was a great deal at the point in my opinion. You have a better one as I had mine totaled and am looking at the market now.

  24. I have a sedan 09 manual 335xi and it took me a long time to find one.

  25. I found some allspice in my mom’s cabinet that predates when Canada moved to the metric system (around 1975) but she’s been living in the United States for 38 years.

  26. I don’t have a Tacoma yet, but thinking about getting one.

  27. Not that far from the states but my up north Canadian cousins in their late teens thought that since I lived down there I knew celebrities, like as if I bumped into Angelina Jolie at the grocery store every once and a while.

  28. 4-5 times a month? Holy hell I’m maybe twice a year and married, I mean honestly that “low amount” doesn’t sound that bad and if she says it’s decreasing it just may be about having a talk of what she wants.
