Its kind of like comparing RAM the slightly faster version MAY give you a couple of extra FPS. This is before we even consider the game server host, other players pings, and any ping techniques the game implements - think about how lower ping plays play with high ping players in different regions....
Alternative view point. Driving in the city centre, with it's mixture of one way streets, combined tram lines and roads, bus lanes, bus only roads etc, is confusing as fuck - particularly if you don't know the area.
I was surprised last time I was there the amount of road layouts that have changed, certain areas are almost impossible to navigate without going all the way around.
Alternative view point. If someone isn't capable of driving correctly in the city centre they shouldn't drive in the city center. That driver could be on that tram.

Technically not as I had a job offer prior to that so I started it the Monday after. My only problem is how they went about it and did not hold a disciplinary meeting whatsoever and made up 3 whole reasons for their decision
You seem to think you are innocent here but without prior permission or clarification how is any of that stuff acceptable at work? Reverse the situation, couldn't your employer seek damages for the amount of time you wasted on these things, but they've decided its not worthwhile and easier just to cut ties without wasting any more time on this matter.
