  6. I think it matters what you are thinking about. If it is obsessions, negative thoughts, or anxious thoughts it may be a mental illness. Otherwise I think you are fine. If it bothers you can try meditation or something like that. Also, I wouldn't take reddit diagnosis too seriously.

  12. Get to know them better. The more you know and interact with them the more likely you are to see them as people that have a certain character rather than "one of them." Just be aware of your prejudices and how that may negatively affect your interaction.
