I’m pretty terrified of silence and can’t even sleep without noise or else I get paranoid, I struggle with a pretty bad anxiety disorder but I’ve done other compounds and I was fine, music is probably what help most. I think it all depends on what type of person you are outside of the trip, but would you suggest something like psychedelic rock or more classical like Mozart

Like 17 years ago when i was inexperienced, I was like "I want a cool chill trippy experience man" so I put on some super relaxing and calm music and it turned into the incomprehensible voices of these massive flat alien God beings that surrounded me like walls (I call them the wall people, I've seen them a few times) and they were all yelling at me for being irresponsible and that I wasn't supposed to be there and it was horrifying. So yeah. Literally does not matter what you put on if you're blasting off, and generally I'd advise against it lol. Don't try to shape your trip in anyway, you salvia tends to use it against you to teach you a lesson. Just try to go with the flow and surrender to it. See what it has to tell you.

There's no way anyone can conclusively ID without seeing the gills and stuff like that. There's no blue bruising, they're almost certainly not psilocybe in any variety.
