They did fight in the 3 belt era and they also all fought each other. They fought the best they could fight. Mayweather on the other hand spent most of his career ducking anybody he couldn't beat, cherry picking, and rarely got in the ring with black fighters.

Being ranked in the pound for pound list doesn't mean anything. The P4P list is a personal opinion list. It is like saying well this basketball player is in the HOF. It means nothing. It isn't a factual based honor.
If the guy who fought 22 world champions across 5 divisions, with 15 of them being reigning world champions, and 7 of them being ranked top 10 P4P by The Ring Magazine, is considered some "cherry picker" "ducker" in your eyes then you are just being disingenuous.
