  1. Me when I accidentally swallow a watermelon seed

  2. "StatQuest" and "Sentdex" are just amazing. You can also try "Two Minutes Paper" which explains different AI/ML research papers in a simple way.

  3. Mods please don't remove this, and op please don't remove this posr

  4. It’s not related to India. I don’t think it belongs here.

  5. Also factor in the fact that you beat trillions of sperm cells every generation so the odds just go crazy.

  6. The major stakeholder in epic games is tencent. Which is literally one of the biggest companies in China. Also China recently passed laws that require all companies in China to hand over any user data they have. Sooner or later tencent will make epic games handover phone numbers if it comes to that point. They already also bought a huge share in discord as well. All that data is going to go straight to China.

  7. The biggest stakeholder in Epic Games is still Tim Sweeney AFAIK. So the company is still a US company controlled by the US.

  8. Oh yes you are right. Tim is at 51 and tencent at 40. Yes I apologise that it is not a Chinese company. Yet though. Tencent has been aggressively buying stocks in multiple companies and I don’t think it will be long before they own a majority of epic too. I realise that they don’t nessecarily care about my number specifically. But we have been so desensitised to massive amounts of data being recorded that we ourselves probably don’t realise any intentions any government or company Has with any of our data. It’s maybe not worth the headlines it keeps getting but it definitely can’t hurt to be slightly sceptical. Just my opinion.

  9. How exactly are you recreating the game?

  10. I had applied Chemistry and Chem Bio PHD. So that the same?

  11. I also applied for the same program. I did not receive any emails. As far as I read on the website, there are Chemistry Biology, and Chemistry and Chemical Biology. They are different courses. Wish the best for us!

  12. Oh, ok, I'll be honest. I felt a bit down because it seemed I had been silently rejected. Thank you Very much. I wish for the best for us too.

  13. I got a 118, you can DM me for any specific help you need. As for general advice, the top comment is enough.

  14. Ah yes, another bot? replies to my comment.

  15. How do we know YOU'RE not a bot?

  16. I take back my original comment. Others pointed out that this post could be mocking the first one which I must have missed.

  17. I feel like many universities that blast you with mails fall in this category.

  18. Are you sure import os is the error?

  19. I don’t know then because I tried myself to make it work. It sort of did, just didn’t have all the functions working so I just defaulted and used python2.7 shell

  20. Link to instruction to do the same? ;) Please?

  21. https://ambermd.org/tutorials/

  22. Thanks for the response. My current status is literature review with a goal to choosing one software and running all of the tutorials in it. My current ignorance lies in the difference of these models in terms of computational limitation and useability outside of the wikipedia breakdown. It sounds to me like you have used multiple programs, at least these two. Is the skill set required to run these interchangeable? Would you recommend focusing less on a specific software and just start running relevant tutorials on the range of them? Cheers.

  23. I agree with the other commenter that the skills are interchangeable, MD, as far as I have seen, is more about knowing the process and steps; the commands for both the programs are just meant to achieve said process. You can honestly start with any and experiment with the other.

  24. I am an undergrad in chem who learnt ML completely for free and even now have a publication in it. Do not pay there are way too many quality and free resources. If you really want some certification, but some coursera Courses.

  25. Did you publish with your current lab? I'm wondering if I should find projects and build up a repo/portfolio and/or if I should take the free courses and just state on my resume that I'm experienced in those fields.

  26. No I actually collaborated with a professor remotely. Also for the certificate part, Coursera courses are well worth it in price and content. If you don’t want a certificate, YouTube and Book pdfs are honestly amazing.

  27. I think perplexity.ai elicit.com and writesonic search actual papers. I have used them and they have generally provided good and related papers to my question.

  28. I have tried perplexity and have been satisfied by their results before but what I am looking for is a specific transition state. I think perplexity is having a hard time because of this specification.

  29. It is most definitely never coming back

  30. check your initial configuration; maybe the starting point itself is not ideal. Also, while creating the solvation cube, check if the box has enough space for the molecules to arrange themselves.

  31. I did; it felt good. Did you get your validation now? Kid.

  32. I love your butthurt attitude, lol. Yes, ill go and cry more. Byee kid.

  33. I didn’t know we were allowed to use GPT for the entire thing 💀💀💀.

  34. The first step is to search the subreddit for the 3 billion posts with the same question that have already been posted and been answered with good resources as well.

  35. I'm sorry, but I don't understand.
