I think it looks really good! 4 at once is a lot and 3-4 healing piercings is considered the limit but I personally (NAP) wouldn’t jump to take any out unless you start having problems with them or a piercer at an APP approved studio tells you to. I got a daith and a double helix done around the same time by an APP piercer and then a rook 4 months later and had no problems healing them, all fully healed in 8-10mo
