  12. I don't know if it helps any, but I have screenshot proof that Walmart issued the refund to my Millions card on March 21, 2022 and my entire transaction history doesn't show the refund at all. I can email or send it to someone if they need it to help with that problem.

  14. I did, on April 3rd. I tried to wait the 10 days after Walmart released the refund, but all they could tell me when I called was that they didn't see it on their end. I offered the screenshots showing it was released but they said I'd just have to wait for it. It's been 3 months so I just kinda figured I was out the $106 and haven't used my Millions card for any big purchases since then

  15. Call the support number on the back of your Millions Card once again and file a chargeback on the purchase. They will be able to get the funds sent back to you!

  16. I’m done with them my physical card never arrived and it has been months since I got the account. I was one of the first to sign up and still no card. They claimed that a replacement was on the way and still nothing. They even said maybe it was my address. My address is fine, I get other bank cards just fine without having to re order again or change my address. Instead of “giving away millions” on Twitter, the debit and immediate availability should have stuck around. False promises.

  17. It's been weeks and months. I spoke with customer service and they are completely clueless and useless. They need some serious training. Millions will be getting in a lot of trouble if they are not processing people's returns properly. That is illegal.
