It’s the sentimental value. My heuer Carrera i inherited from my granddad has a relatively big ding on the side of the watch and I know exactly where that happened (and how pissed he was about it hahah). So it’s staying there along with all the lil scatches the watch got from beeing worn nearly daily by him
Because I care about my grandad who passed away and gave that watch to me. Also many buyers on the vintage marked appreciate that and want a original, authentic looking and externally untouched watch. For vintage pieces I find that more appealing to (as long as the condition is not trash obviously)
Then send it back again. You can expect a perfect crystal from a new watch. I have the same (blue) model and it’s surfaces where ok when I got it. So they definitely CAN do it
Yup, send it back. Yeha it’s not a Patek or whatever but you still pay serious money for this and it’s a luxury item. So you can fully expect it to not have shitty quality control like that
I never polish my cases. This is a commodity or item of use or how ever you want to call it. So wear it and know that every scratch was a memory and or moment connected to that watch. After all the time idd only recommend a movement service.
No! The way this works is to never need a nuke but to always have several ready. Once you use one against whoever you and big parts of the worldly not the whole world will be fucked
NICE! This is one of my grails and in a nice stairs Get it serviced from a REPUTABLE watchmaker. That will set you back a couple 100$ and then buy a nice strap for it. Yep I know not cheap but fully worth it! Just look up some pieces. And never sell it. Keep it as a nice and awesome watch and a good memory. Therefore idd recommend having the movement fully serviced but not the case as to preserve the patina it collected during everything it grandad did while wearing it.
Works! But we need them sources baby
Sry… OffTopic a Bit: Does AirPlay only works wehn a controller is connected?
No you can use AirPlay without having to use a controller
Where? Do I just connect via screenshare? I don’t see a airplay option in the app
Bruh gotta charge that phone. QUICK! And it’s super complex to answer this question. This depends to much on location and weather
A LIIIIIL so it’s on the big side but just nice as it is :)
lol you know what I mean, why would the value of a worn item be worth than a state of the art polished condition

I know but what about reselling value? Why would anyone care about the story of that ding and not want it polished instead?

NOMOS! the value of the watchmaking you get there, the quality of the movement and it beeing in house speaks for itself :)
Holy shit this is awesome
This is the way
Your sister is a real Boss! Godspeed and hope she recovers to fuck u some more ruzzkiizzz
Yeah if that's the case with QC, I'm hesitant because what if the exchanged piece is worse! : (

Bro this is the way! You save like 0,0000001W by saving 0,001kg by not having them!
Where are you in the world? I would ONLY give a HEUER of this specialness to Abel Court to service.
THIS! He is the G when it comes to Heuer. He did my Carrera beautifully!

In this order: opeth, Ne Onliviscaris, DT
Instead we got Covid 💀
Commuter bike: saddlebag Racer and Gravel: No lock since I never leave it alone or out of sight while on my rides
Happy cake day! Great gift and decision!
That's too much I think. I went 5 hours but it was both ways.
Yup sadly :/ But nice commitment. I would do that to for 5h both ways
I once went 5 hours with train (10 hours round trip) for 15/70mm IMAX haha.
Dammmmn!
Harlequin Forrest. Combines everything that I love about Opeth in one song that is from my favorite phase of their music
Remove your pads from their holders and see if they match:
Thank you verry much!
